Qualifications
• Experience delivering at least one project for Microsoft
• 3-5 years of experience in a services or consulting company or the equivalent
• 3-5 years demonstrable experience with Microsoft .NET and other Microsoft Technologies
• Knowledge of at least one major application technology such as Interwoven, CMS, Biztalk, Peoplesoft or SAP, just to list a few.
• Strong knowledge of ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#, SQL and C++. We value certifications in any of the Microsoft technologies. Object oriented development is important as well. In code, we value front and middleware development, or generalists, over specialists and backend development.
• Some knowledge of the Rational Unified Process, Agile/XP or the equivalent
• Ability to work well independently or with a bigger team
• BS or BA in a related field
