As a lead on the Raven team, you will:

- Create a database-driven solution to model complex security equipment and military business rules a.k.a CONOPS
- Assist in developing technical solutions for new proposals
- Help to build the Raven software team and establish best-of-breed practices for Config. Management, Defect/Bug Tracking and general systems documentation

Qualifications:
- A healthy appetite for challenge and delivering quality
- Great application of OOP principles in your code
- Experience with VB.NET XML libraries, TCP/IP communications and ODBC
- 5+ years of real-world software development
- BSc in Computer Science or related or equivalent experience
- Comfortable working independently

The current developer will perform the hiring and .educate you on the specifics of the project. This is not a contract position. We are looking for an individual who wants to really wants to make modular, re-usable code and pursue greater implementations of interoperability.
