Although it says it's free, it will cost you $USD10. It will also NOT allow changes to the drab gray backcolor and black forecolor properties which is a shame because otherwise it would be great. The developer is not interested in updating it so there it is.

Although it is not free this is a very good alternative to VB OptionButton, it have a lot of features that I try to found but only this combines all of them. Thanks!
