In the web site http://www.visual-basic.com.ar in the section "New skins" I added some skin files that look like Xp. They are for vbSkinner Pro.

Actually there is.   if you go to http://www.visual-basic.com.ar/
theres a free skinner, that creates form skims that look like XP and some better, it lets you chose colors and selective shading, etc.
