Hello there..

 I am a recruiter in the UK, working in the IT market.  I have a client looking for a ColdFusion developer, ideally on a permanent basis and they need/want them to have Flexbuilder and/or Eclipse.  Can anyone please tell me a bit about these two tools so i can have a better understanding and hopefully help my client better.
