Custom issues: BugBox users can create their own issues -for example, Risks, Work Packages, Documents, or just a simple Change Request or Helpdesk Call. BugBox v3.0 can now be used for all stages of a project or programme, not just issue tracking. Each issue also has a full 'at-a-glance' history, too.
Manage issue costs: BugBox v3.0 enables project managers to manage issues by cost, too. Each project team member is assigned a daily or hourly cost, and the current cost of each issue is displayed in the issue form, based on work done vs. planned work.
Cool reports: BugBox v3.0 also offers far more advanced reporting: reports can now be generated by issue type/user/priority/status/authorisation; by cost; as a historical trend graph or as a chart. Easy to use and good to look at!
