I have also read this book and I highly recommend it for anyone starting VB to learn from. Even if you are a more advanced VB programmer it always serves as a great reference for those of us with im-perfect memory. Also all the code is done properly with no errors making it a great reference for proper programming technique. Highly recomended , a must buy.

i started with this book that i brought from Myer and that started my programming career.

i read the book in a few hours when i first got it and i understood most of it in the first quick read, the book doesn't have heaps of info but it is very easy to understand

it was a great reference for months after i had brought it and it also comes with VB Learning Edition.

    Very handy book!

Comes with VB6 Learning Edition, which is a nice thing to have if you're still unsure if VB6 is your language.

This is the first book I ever read on VB6, and it's one of the best to start with. The writer (Claton Walnum - I think) is very good and explains everything in an easy to understand and comedic way. He brakes down what's going on and explains it simply.

Very good book for beginners, but too simple for anyone above this level.
