I am developing an Icon Draeing program for Pocke PC, I am using Visual Studio 2008, and VB .NET Compact Framework. Can someone help me do something like this: http://www.talpykla.com/files/3992/Pavizdys.jpg

I want that the pixels look like big squares when drawing, and that there was a grid. Ant that I could save that picture in a normal (16x16 or 32x32) .ico format. Can someone help me?
